Project #2: Sì Rose Signature II

The pictures in this project are not recent. I took them at the beginning of my journey as a self-taught 'photographer' as you can clearly see, but I wanted to share them anyway, even to prove that I made few progress in this art form.

But I have to be honest, I still like them, probably because they're quite simple and essential. A beautiful bottle, surrounded by countless rose petals. Nothing else.

If I should pick a favorite aesthetic, I'd like to say that my favorite one is quite minimal, probably with lots of shadows and contrasting lights. Some may call it dark & moody, and I do not have any objections about it.

But I have so much to learn. And this is probably my favorite part of the whole process.

One thing I'm still struggling for sure, is the fact that I do not have many props to use in my photos. I know that online people say to use anything you have in your house, but each time I try to add something in the frame, it looks boring and ugly and this makes me feel upset, inadequate and unqualified. Besides, I'm not a big fan of using food and fruits in pictures, mostly because I do not wanna waste the food I'm using. I do not have anything against those who use them , but it's not my cup of tea. Sorry.

About the perfume:

Armani Sì Rose Signature II is 2017 flanker of the original Armani Sì and is described as a sophisticated and elegant fragrance that beautifully combines modern femininity with a timeless floral charm. This version places two different kinds of roses, Turkish and May, at the heart, emphasizing the lush and romantic allure of the whole composition.

Underlying the floral notes are hints of powdery iris and osmanthus, two notes that I personally adore, which add layers of warmth and depth, while a base of vanilla and patchouli grounds the fragrance with a touch of sweetness and earthiness. This final blend gives the fragrance a lasting, creamy finish that lingers gracefully on the skin.

Sì Rose Signature II it’s delicate yet impactful—a fragrance that embodies sophistication and romantic allure. It's such a pity that is discontinued.
